Title: Homemade Pan Coat (Pan Grease)

Ingredients

    1/2 c  shortening -- such as
      1    crisco
    1/2 c  vegetable oil
    1/2 c  flour

Instructions

Blend the shortening, oil and flour until smooth. Cover and store in
the refrigerator. Use to grease cake pans, muffin pans and casserole
dishes. Note: A processor, blender or mixer may be used to blend
ingredients smoothly.
