3 oz roquefort cheese; crumbled
1 tb onion; minced
1 sm garlic clove; minced
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1 tb vinegar
1 tb lemon juice
1 ds pepper
Instructions
Combine cheese, onion, and garlic in a small mixing bowl; mix on low
speed of electric mixer 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; beat
mixture 2 mintues or until smooth. Chill.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups
