Ingredients

      1    tomato
      3    chilies serranos, chopped
      4 tb white onion, chopped
      1 ts salt
      2 tb coriander; fresh, chopped
    1/3 c  water; cold

Instructions

Chop the unskinned tomato and mix with everything else. Serve
