Title: Sausage Gravy
Yield: 5 Servings

Ingredients

      1 lb pork sausage, bulk, sage
      2 tb onion, finely chopped
      6 tb flour
      1 qt milk
    1/2 ts poultry seasoning
    1/2 ts nutmeg, ground
    1/4 ts salt
      1    worcestershire, dash
      1    hot pepper sauce, dash
      1    angel biscuits*

Instructions

Crumble sausage into a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat.
Add onion; cook and stir until transparent. Drain, discarding all but
2 tablespoons of drippings. Stir in flour; cook over medium-low heat
about 6 minutes or until the mixture bubbles and turns golden.
Stir in milk. Add seasonings; cook, stirring, until thickened.
To serve, slice biscuits and spoon gravy over halves. 4-6 servings.
