Title: Seafood Dip
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients
1 c flaked imitation crabmeat
1/2 c cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/4 c cream cheese -- softened
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c parmesan cheese -- grated
1/4 c green onions -- sliced
1 ts lemon juice
1/4 ts worcestershire sauce
1/8 ts garlic powder
1/4 c bread crumbs
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until smooth. Spread in a 9
inch pie pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, covered, at 350
degrees F 20 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and bake 5 more
minutes. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
Yield: 6-8 servings.
