Title: Steak & Kidney Pie
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
1 lb chuck steak (cubed)
1 lb pork kidney
2 tb flour
1 ts salt
1/8 ts cinnamon
2 tb fat
2 ea onions chopped
2 c water
1/2 ts dry mustard
Instructions
Clean, wash and slice kidneys, cube steak. Mix to-gether flour, salt
and cinnamon. Coat sliced kidneys in flour.heat fat in pan and brown
meat. Add mustard, onions and water, cover and cook until tender.
Pour into oiled casserole. Make 1/2 recipe for plain pastry, moisten
edge of baking dish and cover meat with pastry. Flute edges. Bake in
hot oven 400;
40 minutes.
