Cucumber and Avocado Salad
Ingredients
(6 servings)
1 ea English Seedless Cucumber
1 x Salt
1 x Chili Pepper
1 tb Fresh Lime Juice
1 ts Minced Onion
1 x Slices, Sweet Red Pepper
1 x Lettuce
1 ea Ripe Avocado, sliced
1 x Fresh Parsley
Instructions
Peel and slice the cucumber paper-thin. Season with salt, chili pepper and lime juice. Sprinkle with onion and red pepper slices. arrange lettuce on 6 serving plates.
