Title: Four Cheese Spinach Dip - Kelsey'S
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients
1 1/2 containers cream cheese (use
- light; tubs)
2 containers alfredo sauce,
1 (liquid,already made)
3/4 box chopped frozen spinach
1/2 red pepper (finely chopped)
1 lg package shredded cheddar/
-mozzarell; a cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 garlic salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together ( can use a blender) and
place in a bowl. Just before serving place with
Shredded Cheddar on top and bake in 350°F oven for
about 20 minutes. Serve with pita chips.
