Title: Chilli Con Carne Tacos

Ingredients

      1 tb oil
      1    onion; chopped
      1    clove garlic; crushed
    500 g  lean minced beef; (1lb)
      1    397 gram can chopped
           -tomatoes; (14oz)
      1    432 gram can red kidney
           -beans; drained and rinsed
      1    ; (15.25oz)
      1    green pepper; deseeded and
      1    ; chopped
      1    fresh green chilli; deseeded
           - and finely
      1    ; chopped
      1    js mexican choice chilli con
           - carne; mix
    125 ml water; (4oz)
      1    salt and freshly ground
           -black peppe; r
     12    taco shells; to serve

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and garlic and cook until soft.

2. Add the minced beef and cook until browned.

3. Stir in the tomatoes, red kidney beans, green pepper and chopped green
chilli.

4. Add the Chilli Con Carne Mix and water and stir well. Bring to the
boil and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.

5. Heat the tacos following the pack instructions and fill with the
Chilli Con Carne. Serve immediately with various toppings.

sour cream and shredded lettuce for a delicious supper.
