1 clove garlic; crushed
1 salt and freshly ground

1 tb lime juice
1 275 gram jar taco relish
2 lg ripe avocados; peeled and

1 ts freshly chopped coriander
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until
smooth, adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately. An ideal dip for
warmed nachips.
