Title: Homemade Party Mix
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

    1/2 lb Cashews
    1/2 lb Hot roasted peanuts
      2 c  Pretzel nuggets
      8 c  Waffle cereal (such as Chex)
      1 c  Butter
    1/2 c  Worcestershire sauce
      2 tb Bayou Blast; see * Note

Instructions

* Note: See the "Bayou Blast - {Emeril's Creole Seasoning}" recipe which
is included in this collection.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl combine nuts, pretzels and cereal. Melt butter with
Worcestershire sauce and drizzle over nut mixture; sprinkle with Bayou
Blast. Toss to coat completely, pour onto a cookie sheet and bake until
crisp and tasty, about 25 minutes.
This recipe yields approximately 12 cups.
