1 head Romaine lettuce
1/3 c olive oil
2 tb Parmesan cheese
1 tb lemon juice
4 tb blue cheese
1 tb red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Place some Romaine lettuce on serving plates. Into a bowl put oil and
stir in Parmesan cheese. Mix in lemon juice and blue cheese with a fork.
Add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over lettuce leaves.
Add more fresh pepper and Parmesan and serve!
