Title: Classic Chili
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

    1/4 c  oil
      2 c  minced onion
      2    garlic cloves
      2 lb lean ground beef
      2 cn Mexican tomatoes
      1 cn black beans
    2/3 c  chopped peanuts
      4 tb tomato paste
      3 tb chili powder
           salt & black pepper
      1 ts cumin seed
           hot pepper sauce
           chopped peanuts & grated
           -cheese

Instructions

Saute onion & garlic in hot oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until
tender. Add beef & brown. Stir in tomatoes, beans, peanuts, tomato
paste, chili powder, salt, black pepper, cumin & hot sauce. Reduce heat.
Simmer until thickened. Stir occasionally. Serve topped with peanuts &
cheese.

Approximately 10-12 minutes.
