Classic London Broil
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients
3 garlic cloves
3 tb Dijon mustard
3 ts rosemary
1/4 ts onion powder
paprika
black pepper
2 tb olive oil
2 lb flank steak
Instructions
Preheat broiler. Mix together garlic, mustard, rosemary, garlic powder,
onion powder, paprika, pepper & olive oil. Whisk together. Put steak on
broiler pan. Broil 2 minutes on each side to sear meat. Spread 1/2 herb
mixture on meat & broil 3 minutes.
Turn meat, spread with remaining half of mixture & boil 3 minutes. Meat
will be rare. Let meat rest for a few minutes before cutting. To serve,
cut meat into thin slices.
