Title: Bananas Caribbean

Ingredients

    1/2 c  Brown sugar
      1 tb Butter; melted
      3 tb Banana liqueur
      2    Bananas; slice lengthwise
           Brandy
           Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Add brown sugar to butter in a skillet. Add banana liqueur
and bananas. Warm brandy in a small saucepan. Pour over
bananas and ignite. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
