      1 pk frozen chopped spinach;
           -(10-oz)  thawed
      1    vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

2 tsp Vegetable oil
2 cup Fresh broccoli; chopped
1 1/2 cup Thinly sliced carrot
1 cup Sliced green onions
1/2 cup Chopped red bell pepper
3 cl Garlic; crushed
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
3 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup Grated fresh parmesan
-cheese -- divided
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, part
-skim milk -- shredded
1/2 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
12 Lasagna noodles; cooked
