Title: Apple-Raisin Saute For French Toast

Ingredients
2 tb butter
3 apples,; peel, core and
-slice
1/2 c sultana raisins
1/4 ts cinnamon
2 tb maple syrup
1 ds nutmeg
Instructions
Heat butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add apples, raisins, cinnamon
and nutmeg; mix well. Cook 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in maple syrup and
continue cooking another 5 minutes. Serve with French toast, pancakes or
eggs.
