Aussie Lamb Chops

Ingredients
2 tb currant jelly
2 tb ketchup
2 tb soy sauce
2 tb brown sugar
1 tb dry mustard
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
3 lb lamb loin chops; cut 1-inch
-thick
6 sl pineapple; 1/2 inch thick
Instructions
USE DIRECT METHOD
In a small bowl combine currant jam or jelly, ketchup, soy sauce, brown
sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Place lamb chops in large
resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over lamb chops. Close bag and
marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes .
Remove lamb from marinade. Place lamb and pineapple slices in center of
cooking grate. Grill 7 to 9 minutes for rare (140øF/60øC), 10 to 13 minutes
for medium (160øF/71øC), or 14 to 17 minutes for medium-well (170øF/77øC),
turning once halfway through grilling time.

NOTES : Prep time: 20 minutes; 15 minutes to marinate
Grilling time: 7 to 17 minutes, depending on doneness
