Title: Girl Scout Cookie Peanut Butter Pie
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

      1    9 Oz. Box Girl Scout Peanut
           -Butter Sandwich C
      8    Ea Girl Scout Peanut Butter
           -Pattie Coo
      5    Tbsp Melted Butter
    3/4    C Chocolate Chips
      8    Oz Cream Cheese; softened
    2/3    C Peanut Butter
    1/2    C Heavy Cream  (Or Milk)
      1    C Heavy Cream; whipped
    3/4    C 10 X Powdered Sugar
           9 Inch Pie Pan

Instructions

FOR THE CRUST:

Preheat oven to 400ø F. Separate sandwich cookies and scrape filling into
a
small bowl and set aside. Coarsely chop or grind cookie portion in food
processor.

In a mixing bowl stir together chocolate chips, melted butter and cookie
crumbs. Press into 9" pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Refrigerate or
freeze
for at least 10 minutes.

FOR THE FILLING:

Place cream cheese, peanut butter, the fillling from the sandwich cookies
and 3/4 c of 10X powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix on low to medium
speed scraping bowl occasionally until everything is well blended. While
still mixing add 1/2 c cream (or milk). Continue mixing and scraping bowl
until mixture is smooth.

Fold peanut butter mixture into whipped cream. Pour into cooled crust
distributing evenly. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours before serving.

Top each slice with 2 girl Scout Peanut Butter Patties.
