Title: 15 Minute Mexican Chicken & Rice Dinner

Ingredients
1 tb oil
4 sm boneless skinless chicken
-breast ha; (about 1 lb.)
2 c water
1 c TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS
-Thick 'N C
-- Salsa
2 c MINUTE White Rice; uncooked
1 cn whole kernel corn; drained
-(8 oz.)
1 c KRAFT Shredded Cheddar
-Cheese
Instructions
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken;
cover.
Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
REMOVE chicken from skillet. Stir in water and salsa. Bring to boil.
STIR in rice and corn. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with cheese;
cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Stir.
