Title: 10 Minute Frozen Strawberry Margarita Pie
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients
1 1/3 c finely crushed pretzels;
-divided
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter or margarine; melted
1 cn Comstockr or Wildernessr
-Strawberry
Fruit Filling
1/2 c thawed frozen margarita mix;
- up to 2/3 cup
8 oz frozen whipped topping;
-thawed
Instructions
1. Grease 9" pie plate, In medium bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups of the
pretzels, sugar and butter; mix well. Press evenly onto bottom and up side
of prepared pie plate to form crust.
2. Combine strawberry filling and margarita mix. Fold into whipped
topping
in medium bowl. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle with remaining pretzels.
Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
3. Before serving, remove pie from freezer and let stand 30 minutes at
room
temperature to soften slightly. Makes 6-8 servings.
