Title: Cantonese Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
1 Package wide lo mein
-noodles; (8-ounce)
1 Teaspoon vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves; minced
4 4 Ounce Skinless Boneless
-Chicken Breast; Cut In 1" S
1 Cup sliced shiitake mushroom
- caps
1 1/2 Tablespoons fish sauce
1 Cup diagonally sliced green
-onions
1/2 Cup water
1/4 Teaspoon white pepper
2 Teaspoons dark sesame oil
Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt; keep warm.
2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add
garlic;
stir-fry 30 seconds. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes Stir in mushrooms and
fish sauce; stir- fry l minute. Stir in lo mein noodles, onions, water,
and
pepper; cover and cook until thorough1y heated (about 2 minutes). Sprinkle
with sesame oil. Yield: 4 servings
