2 Cups cooked macaroni
1 Cup frozen peas
3/4 Cup chopped celery
1/2 Cup 97% fat free ham
3/4 Cup Kraft(r) reduced fat
-cheddar cheese; shredded
2 hard-boiled eggs; chopped
1/4 Cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 Cup fat-free Ranch salad
-dressing
1/2 Cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to macaroni mixture
and toss to coat.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Chopped hard boiled egg can be added, or just the whites if you're avoiding
fat and cholesterol.
