Title: Ham & Pea Salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
2 c frozen peas
1/2 c Healthy Choice(r) 97% fat
-free cook
1/3 c Kraft(r) reduced fat cheddar
- cheese; shredded
1 egg; hard boiled
1/4 c nonfat Ranch salad dressing
1 tb nonfat mayonnaise
1 ts mustard
1/8 ts black pepper
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine peas, ham, egg and cheddar cheese.
2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pea mixture.
Mix gently to combine.

NOTES : Author's Notes: If you want to reduce the fat a little farther,
cook 2 eggs and use the whites only.
