Title: Chow Mein Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1 tb butter or margarine
1 sm red bell pepper; chopped
2 cloves garlic; minced
2 8 oz. pkgs. sliced fresh
-mushrooms
1/3 c slivered almonds
3 green onions; chopped
1 cn {10 3/4 oz.} cream of
-mushroom sou; undiluted
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 ts soy sauce
3 c chopped cooked chicken
1/4 ts pepper
1 3 oz. can chow mein noodles
Instructions
* Melt butter in a large skillet. Add bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms;
cook until tender, stirring often. Stir in almonds and next 6 ingredients;
pour into a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with
chow mein noodles.
* Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
