Title: Honey-Roasted Pork
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

      3 lb boneless pork loin roast
    1/4 c  honey
      2 tb Dijon mustard
      2 tb black peppercorns; crushed
    1/2 ts dried thyme; crushed
    1/2 ts salt

Instructions

* Place roast on a lightly greased rack in a shallow roasting pan.

* Combine honey and next 4 ingredients; brush about half of the mixture
over
roast.

* Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; brush with remaining honey mixture. Bake
30
additional minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion
of roast reaches 160 degrees.
