Title: Angel S'More Sandwiches
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
8 1/2 inch slices angel food
-cake
1 (about 8 oz. from 10 1/2 oz.
- loaf)
2 1.55 ounce milk chocolate
-candy bar; s
8 marshmallows
Instructions
Grill directions: Heat grill. When ready to grill, place cake
slices on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6
inches from medium coals. Toast 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly
browned, turning once. Remove cake slices from grill.
Place half of chocolate bar on each of 4 cake slices.
Toast marshmallows on long forks over heat or coals until golden
brown and soft inside. Top each chocolate square with 2 toasted
marshmallows and 1 remaining cake slice. Press together gently.
