3/4 lb flank steak, cut into thin
1 strips
2 tb oil
1 1/2 c broccoli florets
1/2 c scallions,cut diagonally
1 into 1 pieces
1/2 c diced red pepper
1 1/2 c water
2 tb dry sherry
1 tb soy sauce
1 pk french's spice your rice
1 beef and onions flavor
1 seasoning
1 1/2 c rice
Instructions
Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned,about 3 to 5 minutes.Add
vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.Add water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning
mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5
minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings
