Title: Texas Bbq Coleslaw
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients
1 cabbage head; grated
2 celery stalks; grated
1 green bell pepper; grated
1 md onion; minced
3/4 c heinz catsup
1/4 c cider vinegar
2 tb brown sugar; or brown sugar
-sub
1 1/2 tb worcestershire sauce
1 tb prepared mustard
1 ts salt
1/2 ts cayenne pepper flakes
1/2 ts liquid smoke
Instructions
Combine all vegetable ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all other
ingredients into the bowl. Chill and serve.
