Title: Guacamole With Cottage Cheese
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

      1    avocado
    2/3 c  nonfat cottage cheese
      2 tb fresh lime juice
      1 tb chopped scallions
    3/4 ts jalapeno; minced
      2    cloves garlic; pressed
           salt and pepper; to taste
      8 oz baked tortilla chips

Instructions

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.

The flavor will increase in intensity as it sits.
