Title: Basic Fruit Smoothie
Yield: 3 Servings

Ingredients

      1    Package (10 1/2 Oz) Soft
           -Low-Fat Tofu
      1    Cup 100% Pure Fruit Juice
      1    Teaspoon Lemon Juice
      1    Cup Fresh Fruit; Chopped
      2    Tablespoons Honey or To
           -Taste
      8    Ice Cubes

Instructions

Place the tofu, juices, fruit, honey and ice cubes in a blender.
Process
until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
