Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 pounds fresh asparagus
1 to 2 tablespoo ns olive oil
Salt; to taste
Lemon wedges
Instructions
Preheat broiler. Place asparagus in a roasting pan, drizzle with oil and
sprinkle with salt. Place the asparagus under the broiler. Broil about 5 to
10 minutes, turning occasionally, until thickest part of stalks can be
pierced with a knife. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
