2 c salad greens,torn
1 navel orange,peeled and
-sectioned
1 lg ripe avocado,peeled and
-sliced
1 sm onion,chopped
1 citrus dressing
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 tb orange juice
1 tb lemon juice
1 tb sugar
1/2 ts orange peel,grated
1/8 ts salt
1/8 ts celery seed
Instructions
On two salad plates, arrange greens, orange, avocado and onion. In a
jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake
well. Drizzle over salads. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
