Title: Apple Cider Barbecue Sauce
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients
1 1/2 c ketchup
2/3 c apple cider
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb sulphured molasses
1 tb cider vinegar
1 tb soy sauce
1 tb dark brown sugar
1 tb sugar
1 ts cayenne pepper
1/2 ts freshly ground black pepper
1/2 ts celery seed
1/2 ts cinnamon
pn ground cloves
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a heavy medium saucepan and bring to a
boil. Gently simmer the sauce over low heat, stirring frequently, until
thick, about 30 minutes. Let the sauce cool completely, then transfer to a
jar. It can be refrigerated for up to 1 month.
