Title: Continental Steak Sauce
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

    1/4 c  butter (1/2 stick)
      1    clove garlic; crushed
      4    scallions; chopped
      1 tb Dijon mustard
      1 tb dry white wine
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and scallions
and cook about 1 minute. While stirring constantly, mix in the remaining
ingredients until well combined.

Yield: about 1/2 cup
