Title: Low Country Boil 2
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

      5    lb. Medium or Large shrimp
      2    lb. Beef or pork sausage
      2 c  beer or water; (2 to 4)
      6    chunks fresh corn on the
           -cob; (6 to 10)
      1    Chunks white potatoes
           -(optional)
      2    green peppers
      1    stalk celery
    1/2 c  tabasco or hot sauce
      2    Tbsp salt
      2 ts seafood seasoning

Instructions

Mix 1/4 cup tabasco sauce, 1 Tbsp salt and 2 tsp seafood seasoning in a
large bowl or pan. Marinate fresh shrimp in the mixture for 30 to 45
minutes. Cut onions in rings and let boil in water or beer for 5 minutes.
Cut sausage in chinks and bring to a boil, let simmer until juices
permeates
from sausage add remaining seasoning, celery and green pepper. Simmer for
5
minutes, add corn, then shrimp. Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
occasionally stirring to be sure all shrimp and pieces of corn have been
immersed in boil for at least 5 minutes. Place on platter and serve with
your favorite seafood sauce. Serves 6-10 people.
