Instructions

PREPARATION
Quarter all the citrus (skin and all) and onions
Shuck the corn and break the ears in half
Peel flaky skin from garlic
Cut sausage in 1.5 to 2-inch lengths

COOKING
Bring about 3-5 gallons of water to a rolling boil (enough to cook all this
food, this is why you need a Large pot)
Add Crab boil packages, citrus, garlic and onions Gently boil for about 20
minutes
Add corn and potatoes Gently boil for another 25 minutes
Add sausage Gently boil for another 15 minutes Turn off the heat
Add shrimp Let sit for 5 minutes and then strain

PRESENTATION
Serve over newspaper, preferably on a picnic table outside. Eat with your
fingers, spread garlic on French bread, and don't try to eat the fruit.
Then, take a nap -- you'll need your rest to clean that pot!
