Title: Apple Snack
Yield: 1

Ingredients

      1    apple cored and diced
      1    handful raisins; (about 1/8
           -cup - small ha
      4 oz nonfat yogurt
      1    cinnamon and/or nutmeg to
           -taste

Instructions

Mix apples and raisin and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg and
mix so that the apples are coated. I purchased some glass custard
cups that I use to cook the mixture in the oven. You will probably
need something that holds at least 12 ounces. I bake on 350 for
approximately 25-30 minutes (until the apples look soft). Mix
the yogurt into the apple/raisin mixture and eat.
