1 ; equivalent)
1 lg choppped onion
1 lg diced tomato
1 ts cumin
1/4 c parsley
2 lemons; juice of
1 salt
1 pepper
1 chili pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil the beans. Add the other ingredients. Bring to a boil again,
reduce the heat, and cook for 5 minutes. Voila!
