Title: Strawberry Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/4 pk tofu; or mori-nu lite tofu
    1/2 c  strawberries; or blueberries
    1/2 c  ice
      2 tb sugar; optional
      1    water or juice; as needed

Instructions

Place the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
