Brown Sugar Carrot Cake

Ingredients

2 C flour
2 C brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 C oil
4 eggs
3 C grated carrots
1 C chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add and mix thoroughly the oil. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Blend in carrots and pecans.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
